Greatest Goal Ministries-USA is a Christian humanitarian, 501c3 charitable, non-profit organization committed to walking alongside the disabled, war-affected amputees, and other underserved people in Sierra Leone, West Africa.

By identifying projects that allow for sustainable development and focusing on the physical, emotional, and social needs of the amputees and disabled, we help these victims as they move from a life of dependency to a life of independence.

Disabled people want to be treated as normal citizens with rights.  They want to be treated equally and participate as equal citizens in their communities.
